2  Question: Where is Saral Upay's contact center located?

Answer: Our registered office is based in Indore India. The contact center is based in India.

 

3  Question: Where will the products be shipped from?

Answer: The products will be shipped from our India Warehouse. In case of low inventory, the product will be directly shipped from our India office in Indore.

 

4  Question: How long will it take to deliver the product?

Answer: When shipped from the India office, we use First Flight or DTDC Plus. These deliveries take approximately 3 working days.

When shipped from Indore, the package will still be delivered by one of the major carriers, but this will take close to 5 working days.

 

5  Question: How secure is my credit card information?

Answer: Saral Upay uses Paypal as our payment gateway, and as you know Paypal is an Industry leader in payment processing. When we process your order, we only keep your shipping and email related information on our secure server. Payment related information is directly fed on Paypal's secure page, and after a successful transaction, you will receive an email from our store and one from Paypal.

 

6  Question: What if my credit card information is stolen?

Answer: We guarantee that every online transaction you make with us will be "100% safe". This means you have zero liability if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our store online or phone. However, in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. 7  Question: Can I pay using a personal check (bank cheque)?

Once our office receives the check and has deposited it, we ship the product based on availability. In case of returns, the company will send you a check for the cost of the product only.

 

8  Question: What do you mean "based on availability?"

Answer: It may so happen that we may have the item in stock at the time you placed the order via phone. But by the time we receive and deposit your check, the inventory status may have changed. TeleSky Shopping will make every attempt to fulfill the order with high priority. This may also involve getting the product shipped directly from our India office - at no additional cost to you.

 

9  Question: Can I deposit cash at the bank?

Answer: Yes. Saral Upay banks with "Bank of Baroda". Please contact us at (91)-731-4028989, and we will assist you with instructions.

In case of returns, the company will send you a check for the cost of the product only.

 

10  Question: What is your Return Policy?

Answer: All returns will be processed at our India registered office and you are required to call (91)-731-4028989, Mon Sat, 9:00 am 5:00 pm , to check eligibility and get an RMA number. For Global Rings and Pendants, the product must be returned undamaged within 14 days to our US office. For all other products, you have 7 days to return the product starting from the day you received it. Any electronic product including CDs, DVDs that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.

Returns will be sent at your cost, and we request you to send it via a reliable logistic service which will provide you with a tracking number for your return package. Saral Upay will not be responsible for packages lost during return transit. The refund will be for the price of the product. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

11  Question: Are the prices reflected on your website in US Dollars?

Answer: No. All prices reflected on TV and at this website are in Indian Rupees. However, your credit card will be charged in US dollars based on Paypal's conversion rate.

 

12  Question: What is "pay one Shipping & Handling (S & H) cost"?

Answer: Saral Upay wants its customers to save on S&H charges every time they shop for multiple products! It is very simple to understand and there are NO HIDDEN COSTS whatsoever. When you place an order, against each item you will see a quote for S&H.

Regardless of how many items (up to a maximum of 10) you buy, you will only be charged 1 shipping cost (note: this only applies to multiple goods purchased under a single order). The shipping cost is the highest of the goods ordered.

No need to worry about the calculation when you order, our system will calculate the total you need to pay and give a separate S&H cost total.
